Serving on a nonprofit Board of Directors is a meaningful way to make a difference by turning your passion for your community or a specific issue into action. This workshop is intended for business leaders and community members who are considering board service, new board members, and experienced members looking to refresh their skills.

  • The roles and responsibilities of nonprofit board members in governing the organization
  • The board’s role in friend- and fund-raising
  • How to navigate board/staff relationships
